Reflect SMS Integration

When a customer replies to a text, that reply often deserves to be kept somewhere more permanent than a phone screen. Connecting Reflect to Mobile Message through Zapier gives a note taker a place for that reply to land automatically, alongside the rest of their working notes.

An inbound SMS reply from Mobile Message can create a note inside Reflect, capturing what the customer said without anyone copying it across by hand. The same reply can instead be appended to the daily note, so a running log of the day's texts builds up next to everything else recorded that day. On the way out, a new link saved in Reflect can trigger a text to a client or teammate, and a new book added to your Kindle can prompt a short reading reminder sent straight to your phone rather than left to be forgotten.

None of this asks the user to change how they take notes. Reflect keeps doing what it does, and Mobile Message picks up the reply or the link at the moment it happens, so the two tools trade information without either one needing a new habit or a change to a daily routine that already works.
