RapidReg SMS Integration

An attendee completes a registration or check-in while your event team is preparing rooms, schedules and sign-in information. RapidReg’s New Registration trigger can start a Mobile Message SMS through Zapier, so the registrant receives a confirmation, arrival instruction or useful next step without staff preparing a separate list.

Mobile Message can send the text directly, create the registrant as a contact, or add them to an event list. This makes the connection useful for conferences, classes and other events where a timely message improves attendance and reduces avoidable questions. Map the phone number and registration details supplied by RapidReg, then use filters when only certain event types should send an SMS.

RapidReg’s supplied Zapier surface has one trigger and no actions. The practical automation therefore moves from a new registration into a Mobile Message action. It is not a native two-way connection, and it does not automatically update registration records. Review consent and message timing before enabling the Zap.
