RanknRole SMS Integration

Recruiters often use RanknRole when several candidates are being assessed for the same position. The useful moment is the assessment update, when a candidate has started, progressed or completed a test and someone needs to decide what happens next. Without a prompt, recruiters can spend time checking the assessment page or leave a candidate waiting for an invitation or response.

Through Zapier, RanknRole's Candidate Assessment Update trigger can start a Mobile Message action. Send an SMS to a recruiter when an assessment changes, or send a candidate a short status message using the contact details available in the Zap. Mobile Message can also create a contact when a candidate first enters the process. If your team starts the process elsewhere, Mobile Message's Inbound SMS Received trigger can run RanknRole's Invite Candidate action, provided the incoming message contains the details needed for the invitation. The connection is a set of one-directional Zaps, so you choose which event should lead to which action.
