Project leaders often need to alert people as soon as a risk, issue, action or decision is recorded. RAIDLOG provides triggers such as New Risk, New Issue, New Action and New Decision, which can start a Zapier workflow that sends an SMS through Mobile Message. That puts an important project event in front of the right person without relying on another dashboard check.

Use the SMS to identify the project item and prompt a review, escalation or decision. Updated Project and Updated Issue can also notify a stakeholder when a material change is recorded. Mobile Message can create contacts or add them to lists when project participants need to be included in a communication process.

RAIDLOG’s Create Risk, Create Issue, Create Action and Create Decision actions can be started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received event when the text contains enough structured information. This supports separate workflows for capturing project input from SMS, while RAIDLOG remains the system for managing the item.
