About the QuoteCloud integration

A proposal has changed status and the sales team needs the customer to know what happens next. QuoteCloud’s Document Status Changed trigger can start a Zap that sends an SMS through Mobile Message, reducing the manual chase around approvals, declines, or other defined document stages. The message can point the recipient towards the next action using the information supplied by QuoteCloud.

QuoteCloud also has actions for creating a document, creating a product, updating a document status, and creating a new contact. An inbound SMS can start one of those actions when the incoming message contains the required proposal or contact details. Mobile Message can send SMS, create or update contacts, add contacts to lists, and manage unsubscribe records. A practical workflow can therefore alert a customer when a proposal status changes, or create a QuoteCloud contact after a text arrives from a new prospect. These are distinct, one-directional Zapier workflows. The apps do not provide an automatic two-way sync, and the fields available in your QuoteCloud account determine what can be mapped.

A Zapier account and subscription is required for this integration. Please view Zapier's pricing page for further information.

Can an SMS create a QuoteCloud contact?
