A deal reaches a new stage or a contact joins a list, and the sales team wants the next message to happen while the context is current. Quill CRM can send Zapier events such as Deal Created, Deal Stage Changed, Contact Subscribed or Contact Tags Applied. Mobile Message can then send an SMS, update a contact or add that contact to a list.

This gives CRM teams practical ways to turn sales activity into timely communication. A new deal could prompt an acknowledgement, a subscribed contact could receive a welcome text, and a stage change could notify a customer about the next step. Contact events can also update Mobile Message details or place people into a relevant SMS list.

The connection is built through Zapier using Quill CRM and Mobile Message accounts. It is not a native integration and does not synchronise every CRM field in both directions. Each Zap watches one Quill CRM event and performs one Mobile Message action, allowing you to control the exact point at which a message or contact change occurs.
