A client who books an appointment wants the confirmation while the booking is still fresh, not after someone has worked through a daily list. Quill Booking can report when a booking is created, rescheduled or cancelled, giving Mobile Message a clear event to turn into a customer text. That can reassure a client, flag a changed time or explain that an appointment is no longer available.

Through Zapier, you can connect Quill Booking events to Mobile Message actions. A new booking can send an SMS with the appointment details, while Booking Rescheduled can send the updated time. Booking Cancelled can also trigger a text with your preferred next step. The message is built in the Zap using the booking fields and the customer’s mobile number.

This connection is not a native two-way calendar or booking sync. It is a one-directional automation from a selected Quill Booking event to Send SMS or another Mobile Message action. Your staff can spend less time composing routine booking notices and more time helping clients with requests that need personal attention.
