Quilgo SMS Integration

A participant submits a Quilgo test while the coordinator is handling other work. Without an alert, the result may wait in the platform until someone remembers to check it. A Zap can use Quilgo’s Test Submitted trigger to send a plain text notification through Mobile Message, helping the right person review the result promptly.

This is useful for training providers, recruiters and education teams that use Quilgo for quizzes, assessments or proctored exams. The SMS can include the participant name, test name and other details available from the submission event. Mobile Message can also create a contact from the submitted information where the person should be retained for future communication. Quilgo’s Add Test action is available for workflows that need to create a test, but it does not itself provide a result notification. The connection runs through Zapier, with Quilgo starting the selected workflow and Mobile Message carrying out the configured action. It is not a two-way synchronisation.
