Punchzee SMS Integration

Field teams using Punchzee often receive a submission while supervisors are coordinating jobs, crews and customer communication. That submission can sit in a queue until somebody has time to send an update. Through Zapier, Submission Created can start a Mobile Message SMS, so the person who needs an acknowledgement receives one without waiting for a manual hand-off.

A submission might represent information that your team already expects to act on. You can map the available contact details into Send SMS, create a Mobile Message contact for later communication, or add the person to a suitable list. Those actions give a construction or maintenance operator a practical way to acknowledge incoming field information and prepare the right audience for future messages.

Punchzee provides no actions in this connection, so a Mobile Message reply cannot create a Punchzee record or task. The useful direction is from Punchzee into Mobile Message. Each Zap should have a clear message purpose and should use only the submission data available to it, rather than implying that the two platforms maintain a shared record.
