Pruuv SMS Integration

Marketing and revenue teams that use Pruuv need alerts to reach the right person before an important signal is overlooked. A new alert notification can start a Mobile Message SMS, turning a CRM or marketing data warning into a direct prompt for the person responsible. This can be useful when an alert needs action sooner than an email or dashboard check is likely to provide.

The connection runs through Zapier. Pruuv supplies the New Alert Notification trigger, and Mobile Message can send an SMS, create a contact, add someone to a list, or update an existing contact when the alert contains suitable details. Mobile Message can also create a Pruuv record only if Pruuv exposes an action, but this app provides no actions, so that reverse direction is not available here. Each Zap is one-directional rather than a native integration or two-way sync. Keep alert messages specific, include the relevant account or channel information, and test which Pruuv fields are available before activating notifications for your whole team.
