ProProfs Project SMS Integration

A project manager sees the value of a completed task immediately, but the next person in the process may not know that work is ready. With Zapier, ProProfs Project can trigger a Mobile Message SMS when a task is completed, when a new project is created or when a new client is added. This gives customers, contractors or internal staff a direct notice without asking the project manager to copy details into another tool.

A Completed Subtask event can also send a focused update for work that sits inside a larger project. For customer-facing work, a New Client trigger can create a Mobile Message contact, and a New Event trigger can notify an attendee or team member about a scheduled activity. ProProfs Project remains the system where project work is managed. Mobile Message performs the selected SMS or contact action in that individual Zap, rather than synchronising records between the two services.
