Proposaly SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Proposaly!
Use New Lead with Send SMS to respond while a prospect is still engaged. Pair Document Moved to New Stage with Send SMS to List when a group needs visibility of proposal progress. Proposaly actions such as Create Lead and Add Recipient can also be started by Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received, creating a record when someone texts your Mobile Message number. These are separate one-directional workflows configured in Zapier. They are not a native integration and do not synchronise proposals, recipients or lead records between both systems.

Yes. New Lead can trigger Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. Use the lead’s phone number and available Proposaly fields to acknowledge the prospect or explain the next step in your sales process.
Can a Proposaly stage change notify a team by SMS?
Yes. Document Moved to New Stage can start Send SMS to List. Select a Mobile Message list for the relevant sales or delivery team and include the document information supplied by Proposaly.
How do I connect Proposaly and Mobile Message?
Configure the workflow in Zapier without code. Both Proposaly and Mobile Message accounts are required. Choose a Proposaly event or an inbound Mobile Message event, pair it with an action, map the fields and test the Zap.
