Pronnel SMS Integration

Through Zapier, you can notify a customer when an item is created, alert a coordinator when an item changes, or tell a team member that a comment has been added. You can also use an inbound SMS received by Mobile Message to create a comment on the relevant Pronnel item, so a reply is visible where the team already works. Map the phone number, message text and useful item details into each step, then choose the message wording that suits your process.
