Through Zapier, a selected Projectworks event can send a plain text SMS with Mobile Message or create a record that your team checks in Projectworks.

A new leave request can alert a manager by text, while a new client record can prompt an internal onboarding message. Mobile Message can also receive an inbound SMS and run actions such as Create Company, Create Project or Create Leave when the workflow has the information those actions require. This gives your team a defined route from an operational event to a visible action.

Use filters so only relevant offices, projects or leave categories generate messages. Map the available Projectworks fields into the SMS and keep the wording short enough for a practical notification.
