Project teams using Project Bubble often need customers and staff to know when a project task, event or milestone changes. A new task can require immediate attention, while a completed task may be worth reporting to a client. Without an automatic alert, someone must keep checking the project workspace or send updates manually.

Through Zapier, Project Bubble can start a workflow when a New Task, New Event or Completed Task occurs. Mobile Message can then send an SMS to the relevant customer, contractor or team member. New Client can also create a Mobile Message contact, helping staff keep contact details ready for later communication. A completed subtask can trigger a focused update when that smaller milestone matters.

Project Bubble also provides actions such as Create Task, Create Event and Create Client. This means an Inbound SMS Received event can create a task or client record where the message supplies the required information. These are individual workflows, not a general two-way sync, so you decide which project events deserve a text or record action.
