A repeatable client process reaches a critical task and the next person needs to know immediately. ProcessKit can send Completed Tasks, A Project Is Updated, or Updated Project events into a Zap, allowing Mobile Message to deliver a useful SMS instead of leaving someone to inspect the project manually. This is particularly helpful when a completed step needs a customer update or an internal handover.

Use Completed Tasks to notify a client or coordinator, A Project Is Updated to alert a team member when project information changes, or Updated Project to send a message when a new project is created. In the other direction, Inbound SMS Received can use Create Task to place a customer reply into an existing ProcessKit project. The workflow is assembled in Zapier and each direction is separate. Mobile Message does not update ProcessKit automatically, and ProcessKit events do not create a general contact sync. Map the relevant phone number, project details, and message text during setup.
