Priority SMS Integration
Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Priority!
A changed customer order status can send an SMS about progress, while a changed purchase order status can alert a supplier or internal owner. A contacts webhook can create or update a Mobile Message contact, and a customer lookup can be used when building a workflow that needs a known recipient. Mobile Message can also trigger Priority's Create New Lead in Priority when an inbound SMS supplies suitable lead details.
Choose the Priority event that represents a real operational handover. The connection uses Zapier and runs one direction per Zap. It does not synchronise the ERP with Mobile Message, so define the record or message that each workflow should create.
