A restaurant manager sees a new reservation arrive and wants the guest to receive useful information before service begins. A New Reservation trigger can send a confirmation or arrival reminder through Mobile Message’s Send SMS action. You can also use Mobile Message’s Send SMS to List action when a reservation event should notify a selected operational list, such as the front-of-house team. If a reservation is cancelled, the same kind of Zap can send a clear cancellation acknowledgement or an update to the people responsible for the booking.
