Previsto SMS Integration

A field assignment is completed and the customer may be expecting an update, while your team is already planning the next task. Previsto can notify Zapier when an assignment is completed, created or updated, or when a contact is created. Mobile Message can then send a plain-text SMS, create a contact or add someone to a list.

Route planners and service teams can use this to acknowledge completed work, confirm the next step or notify a customer when an agreement is created. A newly created contact can also be placed into Mobile Message, reducing duplicate data entry before a campaign or operational message. Each message can use the Previsto fields passed into the Zap.

The connection is made through Zapier and needs both Previsto and Mobile Message accounts. It is not a native integration and does not synchronise every assignment or contact. Each Zap watches one Previsto trigger and performs one Mobile Message action, giving your team a specific response to a specific service event.
