PocketSuite can trigger a Zap when a booking is created or completed, when payment is received or when a client is created. Booking Created is useful for a prompt containing the appointment time and client name. Payment Received can send a receipt-style acknowledgement, while Client Created can create the new person in Mobile Message. If an existing client changes, Client Updated can start a separate contact workflow, although Mobile Message's contact action should be selected according to your record process. An inbound customer text can also trigger PocketSuite's Update Client or Add Client Note action.

This gives service professionals a practical handoff between booking administration and customer messaging. Zapier transfers the fields you map, rather than maintaining a native two-way sync.
