A new project, invoice or form submission arrives in Plutio while your team is moving between tasks and client work. Plutio brings projects, tasks, proposals, contracts, invoices and client collaboration into one workspace. Mobile Message can add a timely SMS alert or make a new person available for later contact.

Through Zapier, Plutio triggers such as New Invoice, New Project, New Person and New Form Submission can start Mobile Message’s Send SMS, Create Contact or Add Contact to List actions. An invoice event can notify an accounts contact, a new project can alert the delivery team, and a form submission can create the submitter in Mobile Message when a mobile number is supplied. Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger can also start Plutio’s Create Task or Create Person action for a visible record in Plutio.

These workflows help the right person notice a Plutio event without repeatedly checking the workspace. They do not synchronise tasks, invoices or people between the services. Each Zap has one trigger and one action, with the fields you map deciding which person is notified or created.
