Planisware Orchestra SMS Integration

Project leaders using Planisware Orchestra need important work changes to reach the people responsible for delivery. A new task or work item can appear while a team member is away from the project view, and a project may need a quick announcement before everyone returns to the platform.

Through Zapier, Planisware Orchestra can start Mobile Message actions when a New Task, New WorkItem or New Project event occurs. A new task can send an SMS to the person responsible, while a new project can create a Mobile Message contact or add a project participant to a list when the required details are supplied. You can also use Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger to run Orchestra’s Create Task action, turning a texted request into a task when the message contains enough project information. These are separate one-directional Zaps, not a continuous project synchronisation. Choose the event and outcome that matter, then map the fields available from the selected step. This gives project teams a direct notification path while Orchestra remains the place for project, work item and task management.
