Planable SMS Integration

A social team can spend a morning chasing approvals, checking comments and confirming that the right post is ready. Planable records New Activity and New Media Uploaded, so those events can prompt a useful SMS instead of relying on someone to watch the workspace. A Zapier workflow sends the selected update through Mobile Message.

New Activity can alert an account manager when a review or approval needs attention. New Media Uploaded can notify a production contact that an asset is available. Mobile Message’s Send SMS action is suited to short operational messages, while Create Contact can add a person involved in the work. Add Contact to List can group clients or collaborators for later communication.

Planable remains the place to plan, approve and publish content. Mobile Message remains the place to send the text. Zapier passes selected Planable data between the two, with no claim that posts, media or labels are synchronised. You choose the message, recipient and conditions for each workflow.
