PieMatrix Pie SMS Integration

When a project task changes, the people waiting on that work may not be looking at Pie at that moment. PieMatrix Pie can send Zapier a New Task or Updated Task event, allowing Mobile Message to notify a client, manager or delivery list by SMS. New Post and Updated Post events can provide a similar alert for project discussion and shared updates.

A new task could trigger a text with its name and assigned details, while an updated task could notify someone that a milestone or responsibility has changed. New Post can send a message when an important project update is created. Mobile Message can send SMS, send an SMS to a list, create contacts or add contacts to lists from these events. Choose the action that matches the people who need the information.

The workflow is created in Zapier and runs one way from Pie to Mobile Message. It does not claim to write SMS replies back into Pie or maintain a live two-way project record. Apply filters to keep routine task edits from becoming unnecessary texts, then map the Pie fields into a useful, concise notification.
