Pembee SMS Integration

Class and camp operators often have to chase registration changes across busy days, especially when a user is created, updated or deleted on a Pembee site. A Zapier connection can pass that User Event to Mobile Message, giving your team a direct way to send a timely text or maintain the related contact record. This reduces the chance that an important registration change sits unnoticed.

Pembee supplies one broad User Event trigger. It covers a user being created, updated or deleted, so the Zap should be configured with clear filters or message wording where the event data allows it. A new user could receive a welcome SMS through Mobile Message's Send SMS action, while a relevant registration change could use Update Contact. You can also use Create Contact when the event represents a person who is not yet in Mobile Message.

This setup does not manage Pembee bookings from inside Mobile Message, and it does not promise a two-way record sync. It gives class businesses a practical alert and contact workflow through Zapier. The result is less manual checking and a faster, more consistent message for people registering for classes, workshops or camps.
