About the Payrexx integration
Pairing Payrexx with Mobile Message through Zapier lets an inbound text set that record up straight away. A customer texting to ask for a payment link can trigger a Payrexx paylink being created and sent back, a refund request texted in can trigger the Refund a Transaction action, and someone asking to sign up for ongoing billing can have a new subscription started in Payrexx without anyone touching a keyboard.
Delivery matters here too. If a payment reminder sent by SMS fails to reach a customer, that failed delivery can be used to cancel a waiting transaction in Payrexx rather than leaving it open indefinitely while the customer never actually saw the message. For a business taking payments over the phone or by text, that combination keeps records moving in step with what customers are actually asking for.
