Using Zapier, Paycove can start Mobile Message Send SMS after a quote is accepted or an invoice is paid. Send a confirmation, explain the next step or acknowledge a partial payment. You can also create a Mobile Message contact or add one to a list when a deal is created, giving your team a record for later communication.

Paycove’s available action is Create Invoice / Quote, but the Mobile Message events do not offer a natural reason to create an invoice or quote in response. The useful direction is from a Paycove transaction event to a Mobile Message result. Choose the event that matches your process and map the customer’s mobile number carefully.
