Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Passport!

A customer has just created a Passport wallet pass, and the moment is useful for a welcome message or a prompt to keep the pass active. Passport's Pass Created and Pass Updated triggers can start a Zap through Zapier. Mobile Message can then send an SMS, create a contact, or add the person to a list, using the information available from the pass event.

You could thank a new passholder, notify a team when pass details change, or send a message to a selected list after push notifications have been sent. Passport also offers actions such as Create Notification and Update Pass Details when an inbound SMS from Mobile Message starts a workflow. The connection does not create a native two-way pass and SMS sync. Instead, each Zap links one Passport event or action with one Mobile Message capability. Keep the SMS plain text and make sure the mapped mobile number and consent support the message you intend to send.
