A reply to a delivery text is sometimes the fastest way a dispatcher finds out a stop needs attention, a customer asking to reschedule, or flagging they will not be home. Fed through Zapier, that same text reply can assign a driver in ParcelSync without a dispatcher touching a screen, moving straight from a customer's reply into an updated stop on the run sheet, no phone call or extra app required to make the change.

Assign Driver only needs a stop and a name, so once a text comes in flagging a delivery problem, ParcelSync can put a driver against that stop straight away, before the original delivery attempt even shows up as missed on the dashboard.
