Papyrs already fires the moment a new page is created, so that event can be put to work beyond just notifying people inside the wiki itself, out to a phone that people actually check throughout the day.

Through Zapier, a new page can trigger a text to the team the moment it goes live, and a new person invited to the People Directory can be added as a contact in Mobile Message at the same time, ready for future messages without anyone re-typing their details. The same connection runs the other way, a reply that comes in through Mobile Message can be posted straight onto the team's activity feed as a comment, so a text from the field ends up logged in the one place everyone already looks for updates, rather than sitting unread in a phone somewhere.

For a team that treats Papyrs as its shared reference point, this means the wiki stops being something people have to remember to check and starts pushing the moments that matter out to a phone instead, whether that is a new policy, a new starter or a quick reply from the field.
