A visitor pulls up outside the office, texts the front desk number to say they've arrived, and by the time they've parked the car the check in visitor step in Othership has already logged them at reception. No one at reception has to stop what they're doing to walk them through a form on a tablet, and the visitor isn't left waiting in the lobby while someone tracks down whoever they're there to see.

That same pattern covers more than visitors. A staff member texts to grab a desk for the day, another texts to lock in a meeting room, and Othership runs book desk or book meeting room the moment the message comes in through Mobile Message. Someone confirming they'll be at an event can trigger invite to event just as easily, and a colleague joining an existing group can be added through invite to group the same way. The link between the two runs through Zapier, so a text becomes an action inside Othership without anyone touching a booking screen or opening a workplace app.
