An online order changes status while your fulfilment team is handling stock, packing and customer messages. If the update sits unseen in Ordavia, a customer may wait for information that could have been sent immediately. A Zapier connection to Mobile Message can turn a new order or status change into a plain-text SMS using the order details available in the workflow.

Pair Ordavia’s New Order trigger with Mobile Message’s Send SMS action to acknowledge an order or notify the customer that processing has begun. Order Status Changed can send a dispatch, ready or exception message when your chosen status is reached. Product Low Stock Alert can instead send an internal SMS to a manager or use Send SMS to List for a selected stock team.

Ordavia remains the place for inventory and order management. Mobile Message sends the text selected in Zapier, with message wording and conditions controlled by you. The connection is not a native two-way integration, and it does not promise that every order field is available. It simply removes a manual step between a useful Ordavia event and a timely SMS.
