Project teams using Nutcache often discover an invoice or time entry after the person who needs to act has moved on to another task. A Zapier workflow can send a Mobile Message SMS when Nutcache creates or changes an invoice, so an accounts contact receives a prompt without another report being checked manually.

Nutcache can also trigger from a New Time Entry, a New Project or Time Entry Changes. Those events may suit internal alerts, such as notifying a project lead that work has been logged or reminding a team member that a new project needs attention.
