A buyer reaches a milestone in the home building process while your team is busy coordinating plans, conversations and updates. NoviHome can tell Zapier when a customer is created, updated or registered. Mobile Message can then send a timely SMS, create the customer as a contact, or add that person to a suitable list.

Builders and property teams can use this connection to acknowledge a new lead, confirm a registration or keep a buyer informed after a customer update. A chat message, note, video or document can also start a workflow when that event needs a simple text notification. The SMS remains plain text, but it can include the relevant customer details or a link supplied by your team.

The workflow is created in Zapier, not through a native NoviHome connection. Both accounts are required. Each Zap uses one NoviHome trigger and one Mobile Message action, so you can choose a focused response for each stage rather than attempting a full two-way record synchronisation.
