Notud SMS Integration

A staff member finishes handwriting notes on a tablet after a client visit, then still has to manually text that client a follow-up because Notud only saves the note, it doesn't send anything. That gap is what this connection through Zapier closes, turning new note and updated note activity in Notud into text messages sent through Mobile Message without anyone picking up a phone.

Once a new note is created in Notud, Mobile Message can text the client a follow-up message straight away, useful for confirming what was discussed or agreed during a visit. If that note gets updated later, a second text can go out with next steps, keeping the client informed as the file changes rather than waiting for the next appointment to explain it.

The connection also runs the other way. When a client replies to one of those texts, that inbound message can create or update their contact record in Notud automatically, so the reply doesn't sit in a phone unattached to the file it relates to. For a small business relying on handwritten notes, that removes the extra step of transcribing conversations back into the system by hand.
