A meeting finishes, but the team still needs to know when Notta has completed the transcript or generated AI notes. Notta’s New Transcript, Public Notes, and New AI Notes triggers can start a Mobile Message SMS, giving a colleague a prompt to review the meeting outcome. This removes the need to watch Notta for every completed recording.

Use Zapier to send a plain-text alert with the meeting name, summary details, or a link available in the trigger. Mobile Message can also create a contact or add one to a list when the report identifies a customer or participant. Notta’s Attend Meeting and transcription actions are not required for this notification workflow, because the useful event is the completed output.

The connection is one-directional and does not copy the full transcript into Mobile Message. It simply turns a Notta event into a visible mobile alert or contact action, with the data you choose mapped into the Zap.
