About the North Commerce integration
North Commerce also provides New Product, which can send a launch notice to a selected list when an item is created. These workflows are useful for small teams where the same people manage orders, products and customer communication. Mobile Message actions include Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact and Add Contact to List, giving each event a practical outcome.
The connection is made through Zapier and each automation runs in one direction. North Commerce does not receive changes back from Mobile Message through these supplied options. Choose the North Commerce trigger, map the available store details and select the Mobile Message action that should run when the event occurs.

Can North Commerce send a text after a new order?
Yes. Use North Commerce New Order as the trigger and Mobile Message Send SMS as the action. The Zap can use the order and customer fields available when the new order is created.
Can North Commerce customers be added to an SMS list?
Yes. New Customer can trigger Mobile Message Add Contact to List or Create Contact. Map the customer’s details and choose the Mobile Message list that should receive the new contact.
What is required to connect North Commerce and Mobile Message?
