A Zap can use New Report to send an SMS, create a contact, or add a contact to a list in Mobile Message. You might notify an internal recipient that a report is ready and include a short link or meeting reference from the available fields. Noota’s export actions create DOCX, PDF, or text files, but those files are not suitable as SMS attachments in this connection.
