A form submission can sit unnoticed in Newt, or a newly published piece of content can pass without the people who need to know seeing it. New Submission (Form App) and Content Published give Zapier clear events to watch. Mobile Message can then send a plain text SMS to a staff member, customer or configured list.

A new submission could alert a team to contact a prospect promptly. Content Published could notify a distribution group that an update is live, with a short message containing mapped information from Newt. These workflows are most useful when the recipient and purpose are clear, since Newt does not provide actions in the supplied list for creating or updating records. The connection is made through Zapier and is a one-way event notification, not a two-way content or submission sync.
