A software team can create a product or licensee while the person responsible for the next step remains unaware. NetLicensing helps manage products and licensees, and Mobile Message can send a timely SMS when a new licensing record appears. Through Zapier, a NetLicensing event can start a notification or contact workflow.

Use New Product to alert an operator that a product has been added, or New Licensee to notify a team member that a new licensee is ready for attention. Pair either trigger with Send SMS for a direct update, or Create Contact when the new licensee’s details should be available in Mobile Message. Add Contact to List can place suitable licensees into a selected audience for later communication.

NetLicensing’s Create Product and Create Licensee actions can also run when Mobile Message’s Inbound SMS Received trigger starts a Zap and contains the required fields. This supports defined operational workflows, not automatic record synchronisation.
