A learner reaches the middle of a sprint, completes training or enrols for the first time while your learning team is managing many participants. Netex Learning Cloud provides events such as User Enrolled in a Sprint, User Reaches Sixty-Six Percent and User Completed Sprint. Through Zapier, each event can start a Mobile Message SMS with a welcome, progress prompt or completion acknowledgement.

You can also use Mobile Message to create a contact or add a learner to a list when enrolment occurs. That gives staff a usable record for future communication and helps separate learners by programme or status. Netex Learning Cloud can send a welcome mail as one of its own actions, but Mobile Message is the practical choice when a short text needs to reach a learner’s phone.

Each Zap connects one Netex event to one Mobile Message action. It does not synchronise learner records automatically. Map the learner’s phone number and course information in Zapier, use filters for the relevant sprint, and review consent and message timing before sending.
