Through Zapier, Nekst can pass those events to Mobile Message. Mobile Message can send an SMS to a client, create a contact for a newly added person, or update an existing contact. You can also add contacts to a list, helping teams separate active buyers, sellers and other transaction groups. The result is a more timely customer experience while transaction information remains managed in Nekst.
For example, a New Transaction event can send an introduction to the relevant contact, while Updated Transaction Status can send a concise progress notice. Nekst's New SMS Sent trigger can also start a workflow that records a contact in Mobile Message, although this connection is not a two-way synchronisation. Use message content that reflects the transaction stage and the next action the client should expect.
