Navigatr SMS Integration

Someone completes a course, finishes a challenge or hits a milestone, and then waits days for a badge because a person has to notice the achievement and log into Navigatr to issue it by hand.

Zapier closes that gap by linking Mobile Message to Navigatr, a digital badge platform built around badge assistants, pathways and QR issuing. When a customer texts in a claim word or completion code, that Inbound SMS Received trigger runs Navigatr's Issue a Badge action, so the badge lands in the recipient's account the moment they text, rather than whenever staff finally catch up on admin between other tasks.

Training providers, membership groups and conference organisers running pathways or QR based issuing can use the same text prompt at the end of a session, a workshop or a stand visit to hand out recognition without a laptop nearby or a spreadsheet to update afterwards. The badge is issued the moment the text arrives, and the person collecting it gets confirmation without chasing an admin team for it days later, and without the organiser having to remember who still needs one. For a program running many small sessions in a row, that single text keeps recognition moving at the same pace as the events themselves, rather than trailing behind them by a week.
