Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with My PT Hub!

A personal trainer finishes a morning session and sees that a client has booked into tonight’s event. There is no need to copy the booking into a separate texting tool. My PT Hub can start a Zap when a client books into an event, when a session is booked or when a new client is added, allowing Mobile Message to send a timely SMS with the next step.

Use these events for booking confirmations, session reminders or welcome messages. A Client Program Ends in One Week event can also send a prompt that helps a client prepare for renewal or contact their coach. This connection uses Zapier to pass the selected My PT Hub event to Mobile Message, where the message is sent as plain text. It does not update My PT Hub from SMS, but it can give coaches a dependable way to keep clients informed without checking every booking manually.

Messages can be personalised with the client name, appointment information and programme details available in the trigger. Keep the wording focused on one action, such as attending a session, replying to the coach or reviewing the next programme step.
