A team member changes a todo, issue or meeting in MonsterOps, but the people affected may not see the update before the next hand-off. Important work can then remain unassigned, a meeting can be missed or an operational issue can wait for a routine dashboard check. A Zapier connection can turn MonsterOps events into Mobile Message alerts for the people who need them.

Todo Changed can send a text when a task is created, modified or deleted. Issue Changed can alert an owner about a new operational concern, while Meeting Changed can notify participants when meeting information changes. Kpi Changed, News Changed and Rock Changed can also start messages when those records change, if an SMS is useful for the team’s process.

Mobile Message actions include Send SMS and Send SMS to List, along with contact actions for maintaining a messaging audience. Use a direct text for an owner or a list message for a leadership or operations group. The Zap is configured in Zapier and sends information one way from the selected MonsterOps event to Mobile Message.
