Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with MOFFI!

Workplace coordinators, office managers, and flexible teams can use MOFFI events to keep people informed about bookings and office changes. A new booking, booking cancellation, invoice, quotation, or new user can start a Zapier workflow that sends a Mobile Message SMS to the relevant person or list.

New Booking can trigger a confirmation, while Booking Canceled can notify the team that a workspace is available again. A New User event can create a Mobile Message contact, and New Invoice can send a short payment reminder where the available information supports it. Mobile Message actions include Send SMS, Send SMS to List, Create Contact, Update Contact, and Add Contact to List. MOFFI actions can also be triggered by an inbound SMS when a text should create a user or booking and the required details are present. Each automation is one directional and selected in Zapier. It does not synchronise the whole workplace calendar or booking database, so define each SMS around a specific MOFFI event and recipient.
