Yes - Mobile Message does integrate with Mobile Tech RX!

A vehicle is approved on an estimate, the workorder is assigned or the job is closed, and the customer expects the next update quickly. If the shop relies on someone remembering to call or text, a busy technician can leave the customer waiting. Mobile Tech RX events can start Mobile Message actions that keep important service moments visible.

Use Estimate Vehicle Approved to send a confirmation, Workorder Assigned to notify a customer or internal contact, and Workorder Closed to send a completion message. Client Created can also trigger Create Contact in Mobile Message, so a new customer record is ready for future communication. You can use Send SMS, Send SMS to List and Add Contact to List as the Mobile Message results. The connection runs through Zapier, where you choose the event, map the available fields and write the SMS.

This gives auto reconditioning businesses a practical way to mark progress without manually copying details between systems. It is not a two-way update between the platforms. Only the Mobile Tech RX trigger and Mobile Message action selected for each Zap will run.
