When Menu Pricing creates a customer, an HVAC business can acknowledge the new record before staff have time to open the platform. A Zap can pass the Customer Created event to Mobile Message, which sends a short SMS with a welcome, a booking instruction, or the next step in the service process. That helps the customer know their details have reached the business.

Customer Updated can also trigger a useful message when a change needs to be noticed outside Menu Pricing. Mobile Message can send SMS, send SMS to a list, create contact, update contact, or add contact to a list. A new customer may therefore receive an immediate text and have their details created in Mobile Message for future communication. An update can be used for a focused notification where the relevant phone number and changed information are available.

This connection is set up through Zapier. It is not a native two-way integration and does not keep customer records synchronised. Choose Customer Created or Customer Updated as the single Menu Pricing event, then select the Mobile Message action that produces a result your staff or customer will notice.
