MeisterTask SMS Integration

A new task appears in MeisterTask, and someone on your team needs to know what happens next. A Zap can turn that task into an SMS through Mobile Message, so a customer, contractor or colleague receives a useful update without waiting for someone to copy details across. You can also respond to a new comment or a new checklist item with a targeted text, depending on the way your projects are organised.

This connection suits teams that use MeisterTask as the place where work is assigned and Mobile Message as the direct communication channel. For example, a new task can send an appointment reminder, a new comment can alert an on-call person, or a new person added to a project can receive an introduction message. Mobile Message can also create a contact, add a contact to a list or send an SMS to a list as part of the Zap.

The setup runs through Zapier, with each automation starting from one MeisterTask event and finishing with one Mobile Message action. It does not synchronise both systems. Instead, you choose the project event, map the relevant fields into the message and decide who should receive it. That gives your team a repeatable way to turn task activity into timely, visible communication.
