MeetFox SMS Integration

A new meeting can appear in MeetFox while your team is still handling earlier appointments, follow-ups and customer enquiries. Without an automatic prompt, a person may need to copy the meeting details, find the right mobile number and send a confirmation by hand. That work is easy to delay, especially when several bookings arrive close together.

With Zapier, MeetFox can send a new meeting to Mobile Message, which can then send an SMS to the attendee. Include the meeting time, business name or joining details in the message so the customer has a useful reminder in the channel they already check. This can also give your staff a simple, consistent way to acknowledge each booking without watching the scheduling screen. Mobile Message can send SMS messages from the MeetFox event, but it does not update meetings or provide video call controls. The connection is a practical way to turn a new meeting into a timely customer message, while MeetFox remains the place where appointments are managed.
